Postage & Returns
Whilst all efforts are made to ensure accuracy of description, specifications and pricing there may be occasions where errors arise. Should such a situation occur Nellys Woofers cannot accept your order. In the event of a mistake you will be contacted with a full explanation and a corrected offer. The information displayed is considered as an invitation to treat not as a confirmed offer for sale. The contract is confirmed upon supply of goods.
Delivery and Returns
Nelly's Woofers returns policy has been set up to keep costs down and to make the process as easy for you as possible. You must contact us within 14 days of purchase and we will send you a Returns Authorisation Number. You must be in receipt of a returns authorisation (RA) number before sending any item back. Any product without a RA number will not be refunded.
If when you receive your product(s), you are not completely satisfied with the sizes, you may return the items to us, within 7 days of exchange or refund. Returns will take approximately 5 working days for the process once the goods have arrived. Items must be in original packaging, in all original boxes, packaging materials, an RA number and proof of payment such as confirmation email is to be enclosed.
We strongly recommend that you when returning your package you use either Signed For or Special Delivery via Royal Mail, as it will provide you with a tracking number and a Proof of Postage. Nelly's Woofers will not be held responsible for items lost or damaged in transit.
The customer pays for all shipping back to Nellys Woofers. We are unable to refund you postal fees.
Goods found to be tampered with by the customer will not be replaced or refunded.
If you are returning items for exchange please be aware that Nelly's Woofers will cover the cost of postage and will not recharge you any postage fees that may incur.
Used or Damaged products by form of customer and extension of family, pets and/or friends.
We try very hard to ensure that you receive your order in excellent condition. If you do not receive your products ordered, please contact us. In the unlikely event that the product arrives damaged or faulty, please contact Nelly's Woofers immediately, this will be given special priority and you can expect to receive the correct item within 72 hours subject to availability.
We try to make the delivery process as simple as possible and are able to send your order either your home or any address specified. (Postage costs apply)
Delivery times are calculated in working days Monday to Friday. If you order after 1pm, the next working day will be considered the first working day for delivery. In case of bank holidays and over the Christmas period, please allow an extra two working days.
We aim to deliver within 3 working days but sometimes due to high order volume especially around Christmas, please allow 4 days before contacting us. We will attempt to email you if we become aware of an unexpected delay. Please also note, Royal Mail says 'Please Allow 14 Working Days for Delivery"
All orders are sent out via Royal Mail 2nd Class Signed For, if your order is over £100.00 it will be sent out via Royal Mail Special Delivery, which is a next day service and will need a signature. If you are not present a card will be left to advise you to pick up your goods from the local sorting office.
Each item will be attempted to be delivered twice. Failed deliveries after this can be delivered at an extra cost to you or you can collect the package from your local post office collection point.
At present Nelly's Woofers only sends goods within the UK. If you live outside the UK and are interested in purchasing a large order, please feel free to email me to discuss matters further.
This policy covers all users who register to use the website. It is not necessary to purchase anything in order to gain access to the searching facilities of the site.
We have taken the appropriate measures to ensure that your personal information is not unlawfully processed. Nelly's Woofers uses industry standard practices to safeguard the confidentiality of your personal identifiable information, including ‘firewalls’ and secure socket layers.
During the payment process, we ask for personal information that both identifies you and enables us to communicate with you.
